Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated times include 1-2 business day fulfillment processing + carrier transit. Times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Packaging & Stability

All products are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. Our peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried) for stability during transit and remain stable at ambient temperature for 3-4 months when sealed.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact us within 30 days of delivery. For lost packages (no tracking movement for 7+ days), we will assist in filing a carrier inquiry on your behalf. All approved claims are resolved through store credit or reshipment at our discretion — please see our Return & Refund Policy below for full details.

For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, Molecular Peptides will assist in filing a carrier inquiry on your behalf. However, we cannot guarantee resolution of carrier errors. We recommend customers consider shipping protection at checkout.

Return & Refund Policy

Important: Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and quality control requirements, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted in specific circumstances.

All Sales Final

All purchases from Molecular Peptides are FINAL. This policy exists to maintain the highest quality standards, prevent contamination, ensure product integrity, and comply with regulations governing research chemical distribution.

Limited Exceptions

We may issue store credit or a replacement only in the following circumstances:

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives with visible damage and products inside are affected. Document with photos and contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Incorrect Product Shipped: If you receive a different product than ordered. Do not open and contact us within 30 days of delivery.
COA Discrepancy: If third-party testing shows purity below our stated specifications (≥98%). Testing must be by an accredited lab with full documentation.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if fulfillment processing has not yet begun. Due to our rapid fulfillment process, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate. If the order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled.

Approved Claims

All approved claims will be issued as store credit to your account. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase. We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
